Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using KlickApps products (“Service”) provided by KlickApps Tech Solutions LLP in partnership with Sashikunja Educational Services LLP (collectively, “KlickApps”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

KAMPUS and all associated KlickApps services are licensed on an individual user basis. Payments for services are collected from individual end-users (students / parents / employees) and not directly from institutions, unless expressly agreed in writing.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store, transmit or process illegal or infringing material.
• Share your login credentials with third parties or bypass authentication.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

All payments will be received by KAMPUS / KlickApps directly into its designated Bank Account through Credit / Debit Cards, UPI, or NEFT / IMPS transfers. Payments must be made on or before the 5th of every month.

Users failing to make payment by the due date will be charged a penalty fee of ₹100 per month until the outstanding balance is cleared.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges, which will be levied as per prevailing laws and regulations.

Data privacy and security are our top priorities. KlickApps follows best practices for encryption, secure logins, and institutional-level access control. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle information.

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, product names and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Service are the exclusive property of KlickApps Tech Solutions LLP, Sashikunja Educational Services LLP, or their respective licensors. Nothing on the Service should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KlickApps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
